Abby Pisinski

Dr. Pisinski cannot recall the exact moment that she realized she wanted to become a veterinarian; she simply says, “It’s just always what I wanted to be!” As a young child she would work diligently to save animals whenever they needed assistance, be it a mouse, lobster, or even a worm!

Her goal walking into every visit is “treat the patients and clients as I would want to be treated and I would want my own pet to be treated.” This goal is clear anytime you see Dr. Pisinski.

Dr. Pisinski has a 10-year-old black lab named “Lucy” whom she loves dearly, she cannot imagine loving anyone or anything more than she loves Lucy. Dr. Pisinski is close with her family which includes her sister, brother-in-law her parents, and her niece make up her family.

When she is not at work, she can be found spending time outside, taking hikes or gardening.

One of her favorite quotes is: “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in a given set of circumstances; to check one’s own way.”
